CANCELLATION / REFUND AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL LEGAL TERMS
ARTICLE 1
When you place an order electronically through "www.dekofis.com", you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
ARTICLE 2
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
ARTICLE 3
Each purchased product must be delivered to the buyer or the person/institution specified by the buyer at the provided address within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
ARTICLE 4
The purchased product must be delivered in full, in compliance with the specified qualifications in the order, and with any necessary documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
ARTICLE 5
In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days upon learning of the situation and must refund the total amount to the buyer within 10 days.
IF THE PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT MADE
ARTICLE 6
If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or if the transaction is canceled in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD
ARTICLE 7
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the buyer’s credit card has been used fraudulently by unauthorized persons and the payment for the sold product is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
ARTICLE 8
If force majeure or unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the product from being delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, a replacement with a similar product, or a delay in delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded within 3 days if made in cash. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed within 3 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to reflect it in the buyer's account.
ARTICLE 9
The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery. The buyer should not accept any goods/services that are damaged, broken, or have torn packaging from the shipping company. If the goods/services are accepted, they will be considered undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer must carefully preserve the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
ARTICLE 10
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason by refusing the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer or the person/institution at the specified address, provided that they notify the seller through the contact details below.
PERIOD OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
ARTICLE 11
If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where service provision has commenced with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.
ARTICLE 12
Any costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the seller.
ARTICLE 13
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must submit a written request for a return within the 14-day period and the product must be unused as stipulated in the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" section of this contract.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
ARTICLE 13.1
The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer (If the invoice for the product to be returned was issued to a company, the return must be made along with a return invoice issued by the company. Returns for orders invoiced to companies cannot be processed without a RETURN INVOICE.)
ARTICLE 14
The return form, the product’s box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned completely and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 15
The seller must refund the total amount and any documents placing the buyer under debt within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification and must accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
ARTICLE 16
If the product’s value decreases or its return becomes impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is obligated to compensate the seller for damages in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
ARTICLE 17
If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the total purchase amount falls below the promotional campaign limit, the discount received under the campaign will be canceled.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
ARTICLE 18
If the buyer makes a payment with a credit card and falls into default, they agree to pay interest in accordance with their credit card agreement with the bank and assume liability to the bank. In such cases, the bank may pursue legal action and demand any resulting costs and attorney fees from the buyer. In any case, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for any losses incurred due to delayed payment.

ARTICLE 19
Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT to our accounts at İŞ BANKASI and HALKBANK.
ARTICLE 20
On our website, you can make online single payments or use installment payment options with your credit card. In online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order process.
